Common use of Netting as Payment Clause in Contracts

Netting as Payment. To the extent allowed under local law, netting of any amount payable under this Agreement as against existing accounts payable and accounts receivable shall be acceptable payment, effective as of the date of the netting on the books of the Member and Company.
