Net Operating Expenses. Net Operating expenses shall be payable to Sublessor in the same way as defined in 4.1 above.

Net Operating Expenses. Buyer shall have paid to the Company (for application toward the Closing Payments) an amount in immediately available funds equal to the Net Operating Expenses of the Business for each calendar month (or portion thereof) during the period (the "PERIOD") commencing November 1, 1996 through the Closing Date, PROVIDED that Buyer shall not be obligated to pay pursuant to this Section with respect to any calendar month during the Period an amount in excess of $500,000 (or, in the case of any portion of a month during such Period, an amount in excess of the product obtained by multiplying $500,000 by a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the number of days elapsed during such portion of such month and the denominator shall be equal to the number of days during such month).

Net Operating Expenses. If the Closing Date shall be subsequent to November 2, 1997, Buyer shall have delivered to KKI immediately available funds equal to the amount of the Net Operating Expenses.
