Common use of Net Lease; Non-Terminability Clause in Contracts

Net Lease; Non-Terminability. (a) This is an absolutely net lease and the Basic Rent, additional rent and all other sums payable hereunder by Lessee, whether as the purchase price for the Leased Premises or otherwise, shall be paid without notice (except as expressly provided herein), demand, set-off, counterclaim, abatement, suspension, deduction or defense.

This is an absolutely a net lease and the Basic Net Rent, additional rent Additional Rent and all other sums payable hereunder by Lessee, whether as the purchase price for the Leased Premises or otherwise, Lessee shall be paid without notice (or demand therefor and, except as expressly otherwise provided herein)in this Lease, demandwithout any abatement, deduction, set-off, counterclaim, abatement, suspension, deduction suspension or defensedefense for any reason whatsoever except as provided herein.
