NERC Reliability Functional Model. MHVDC Connection Customer shall notify Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider of the regional transmission planning process in which it will participate in accordance with applicable Regulatory Requirements and identify the Functional Entity responsible for performing the Functions identified in NERC Reliability Functional Model, Version 5, as it may be amended or superseded.
