Common use of NEGOTIATIONS TIME LIMITS Clause in Contracts

NEGOTIATIONS TIME LIMITS. A. Items under negotiation must be fully discussed and resolved to the mutual satisfaction of both parties within forty-five (45) calendar days of the first scheduled meeting. However, if both parties agree, extensions of time for negotiations may be granted. If no agreement is reached, the mutually agreed upon dispute resolution procedure outlined in this document shall be implemented.
