NEGOTIATIONS FINAL AGREEMENT. When an agreement is reached through negotiating, the outcome shall be reduced to writing and submitted to the Association for formal approval. Following ratification by the Association, the proposal shall then be submitted to the full Board for its consideration. If approved by the affirmative vote of a majority of the full Board, the agreement shall then be signed by the parties and shall become part of the official minutes of the Board.
