Common use of Need for Measurement Clause in Contracts

Need for Measurement. The Parties recognize that continuous and accurate measurement of the volume of Brackish Source Water deliveries from the Brackish Source Water Xxxxx to the Desalination Plant, and of Product Water deliveries from the Desalination Plant to the MCWD Meter and the CAW Meter, is necessary for (i) calculating the costs to be allocated in accordance with this Agreement, (ii) implementation of other provisions of this Agreement, and (iii) effective operation and maintenance of the Project Facilities.
