Necessary Service Interruptions. Landlord shall have the right, upon reasonable prior notice to Tenant, to interrupt or turn off telecommunications facilities in the event of emergency or as necessary in connection with repairs to the Building or installation of telecommunications equipment for other tenants of the Building.

Necessary Service Interruptions.
