Common use of Necessary Authorizations Clause in Contracts

Necessary Authorizations. All approvals and licenses from, and all filings ------------------------ and registrations with, any governmental or other regulatory authority, including each FCC License held by a License Subsidiary and all grants, approvals, licenses, filings and registrations under the Communications Act, necessary in order to enable the Borrower and its Subsidiaries to own, construct, maintain and operate PCS Systems.

All approvals and licenses from, and all filings ------------------------ and registrations with, any governmental or other regulatory authority, including each the FCC License held by a License Subsidiary Licenses for the New York PCS Network and all grants, approvals, licenses, filings and registrations under the Communications Act, necessary in order to enable the Borrower and its Subsidiaries to own, construct, maintain and operate PCS Systems.

Necessary Authorizations. All approvals and licenses from, and all filings ------------------------ and registrations with, any governmental or other regulatory authority, including each FCC License held by a License Subsidiary including, without limitation, the Licenses and all grants, approvals, licenses, filings and registrations under the Communications Act, necessary in order to enable the Borrower to own, construct, maintain and its Subsidiaries operate PCS Systems and to make and hold investments in other Persons who own, construct, maintain and operate PCS Systems.
