Common use of Nature Of Occupancy Clause in Contracts

Nature Of Occupancy. This Agreement and the right to occupy the premises granted by the Corporation to the Student is a license and does not create or constitute an interest or estate in realty and is revocable by the Corporation at any time. A Student may not assign his or her rights to occupancy under this Agreement.
