Nature of Employment and Obligations. (a) Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to create other than a terminable at will employment relationship between the Savings Bank and the Executive, and the Savings Bank may terminate the Executive's employment at any time, subject to providing any payments specified herein in accordance with the terms hereof.
