Common use of National Sponsor Clause in Contracts

National Sponsor. National Sponsor" shall mean any individual or ---------------- entity desiring to use a Network, and any other networks operated by IMS or an affiliate of IMS, to receive and/or disseminate information from or to network users and who or which agrees to pay fees for the right to use the networks.

National Sponsor.
