Common use of National Competitive Bidding Clause in Contracts

National Competitive Bidding. Works estimated to cost less than $5,000,000 equivalent per contract, but not exceeding an amount equivalent to $49,120,000 in the aggregate, may be procured under contracts awarded in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.3 and 3.4 of the Guidelines. The standard bidding documents set forth in the Operational Manual shall be used for the procurement of works under this Part C. Without limitation to any other provisions set forth in this Schedule or the Guidelines, the following shall apply to the procurement of works to be undertaken pursuant to this Part C:

National Competitive Bidding. Works Except as provided for in paragraph 5, Part C of this Section, works estimated to cost $100,000 or more but less than $5,000,000 1,000,000 equivalent per contract, but not exceeding an amount equivalent to $49,120,000 in the aggregate, may contract shall be procured under contracts contract awarded in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.3 and 3.4 of the Guidelines.
