Common use of National Competitive Bidding Clause in Contracts

National Competitive Bidding. All contracts for works estimated to cost less than $5,000,000 equivalent per contract, and all contracts goods estimated to cost less than $300,000 equivalent per contract, may be procured under National Competitive Bidding procedures in accordance with the Recipient’s Procurement Regulations.

National Competitive Bidding. All contracts for works Works estimated to cost less than $5,000,000 equivalent per contract, and all contracts goods estimated but not exceeding an amount equivalent to cost less than $300,000 equivalent per contract49,120,000 in the aggregate, may be procured under National Competitive Bidding procedures contracts awarded in accordance with the Recipient’s Procurement Regulations.provisions of paragraphs 3.3 and 3.4 of the Guidelines. The standard bidding documents set forth in the Operational Manual shall be used for the procurement of works under this Part C. Without limitation to any other provisions set forth in this Schedule or the Guidelines, the following shall apply to the procurement of works to be undertaken pursuant to this Part C:
