National Building Trades Lobbying Fund. The Employer shall contribute to the National Building Trades Lobbying Fund on the basis of each hour earned by each Employee in an amount in accordance with Appendix “A” which forms part of this Agreement. Such contribution to be remitted not later than the fifteenth (15th) day of the following month and these contributions are to be made payable to the Building and Construction Trades Department, AFL-CIO and mailed to IBEW Local Union 529 or IBEW Local Union 2038, whichever is applicable.

  • Common Areas - Rules and Regulations Lessor or such other person(s) as Lessor may appoint shall have the exclusive control and management of the Common Areas and shall have the right, from time to time, to establish, modify, amend and enforce reasonable Rules and Regulations with respect thereto in accordance with Paragraph 40.
