Narrative Description. A narrative shall be provided describing the location of the site, its total acreage, existing character and use, a description of the proposed development or use, including, as appropriate, proposed residential density, number of employees and estimated number of people who will be engaged in transactions or aggregated at the site over a 24 hour period, such as, but not limited to, retail store customers.
