Nameplate. Grantor shall place and maintain, or shall cause to be placed and maintained, a fireproof plate to be provided by Mortgagee at Grantor’s reasonable sole cost and expense, in a reasonably prominent position on the flight deck or cockpit of each Airframe and on each Engine stating: THIS GULFSTREAM AEROSPACE MODEL G-IV-SP AIRCRAFT IS OWNED BY 57 AVIATION SERVICES, LLC, AND IS SUBJECT TO A FIRST PRIORITY SECURITY INTEREST IN FAVOR OF CITICORP USA, INC.
