Registration and Operation. All Vehicles, Plant and Equipment, including “Bucket Machines” for this contract and to be used on public roads shall be registered and licenced by the Service Provider(s) and operated in accordance with the Road Traffic Act RTA, Act 93 of 1996 and all current Road Traffic Regulations and shall operate in compliance with all applicable central, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Proof of licensing and ownership shall be submitted along with the tender document. This evidence shall be attached to Schedule 13. All vehicles, plant and equipment shall be operated by qualified and licensed operators, so as not to harm human health or the environment. Workers must be transported safely and lawfully. DRAFT Those vehicles used to transport debris removed from sewers must be able to do so in a safe and non- offensive manner. All vehicles shall be sufficiently secure so as to prevent any spilling or littering of solid waste and/or leakage of fluid. No vehicles shall be wilfully overloaded. Should spillage occur, it must be removed in terms of Road Traffic Act RTA, Act 93 of 1996 and all current Road Traffic Regulations and will be paid for by the Service Provider(s).
Registration and Operation. Except as otherwise permitted by Section 5 of Exhibit A-2, or as otherwise required by the Federal Aviation Act or rules, regulations, or orders promulgated thereunder, or to the extent that such registration cannot be effected or continued due solely to the Lessor's failure to comply with the citizenship or other eligibility requirements for registration of commercial aircraft under the Federal Aviation Act or any rule, regulation or order promulgated thereunder, Lessee shall at its expense keep the Aircraft at all times registered under the applicable Laws of the United States in the name of Lessor and, at all times that the Aircraft is being used and operated for the public transport of passengers, shall insure that the Aircraft possesses a valid, current certificate of airworthiness and such other certificates, licenses, permits and authorizations as may be from time to time required for the use and operation of the Aircraft for the public transport of passengers; PROVIDED that the Lessor shall execute and deliver all such documents as the Lessee may reasonably request for the purpose of effecting, continuing or (as provided in this Section 8.05 of this Lease and Section 5 of Exhibit A-2) changing such registration.

Registration and Operation. (a) The Grantor shall cause the Aircraft to be duly registered, and at all times thereafter to remain duly registered, in the name of the Grantor with the FAA pursuant to the Act. The Grantor agrees that it will not utilize any item of Equipment in violation of any law or any rule, regulation or order (including, without limitation, concerning alcoholic beverages or prohibited substances) of any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction (domestic or foreign) or in violation of any airworthiness certificate, license or registration relating to any item of Equipment issued by any such authority, except to the extent the validity or application of any such laws, rule, regulation or order is being contested in good faith and by appropriate proceedings (provided that, if any such proceeding might reasonably be expected to result in or involve any material danger of the attachment, sale, forfeiture or loss of any item of Equipment, or any interest therein (including the Lien of the Agent), then the Grantor shall exclude such Equipment from the Borrowing Base). In the event that any such law, rule, regulation or order requires alteration of any item of Equipment, unless the validity thereof is being contested in good faith and by appropriate proceedings (provided that, if any such proceeding might reasonably be expected to result in or involve any material danger of the attachment, sale, forfeiture or loss of any item of Equipment or any interest therein (including the Lien of the Agent), then the Grantor shall exclude such Equipment from the Borrowing Base), the Grantor will obtain conformance therewith at no expense to the Agent or the Lenders and will cause such item of Equipment to be maintained in proper operating condition under such laws, rules, regulations and orders.
