Common use of Name Change or Relocation Clause in Contracts

Name Change or Relocation. a. During the term of this Agreement, the Company shall not change its name, identity or structure or relocate its chief executive office without first giving notice thereof to the Trustee and the Servicer. In addition, following any such change in the name, identity, structure or location of the chief executive office of the Company, the Company shall given written notice of any such change to ▇▇▇▇▇'▇ and Fitch. b. If any change in the Company's name, identity or structure or the relocation of its chief executive office would make any financing or continuation statement or notice of lien filed under this Agreement seriously misleading within the meaning of applicable provisions of the UCC or any title statute or would cause any such financing or continuation statement or notice of lien to become unperfected (whether immediately or with lapse of time), the Company, no later than five days after the effective date of such change, shall file, or cause to be filed, such amendments or financing statements as may be required to preserve, perfect and protect the Certificateholders' and the Class C Certificateholders' interests in the Contracts and proceeds thereof and in the Manufactured Homes.
