Common use of Mutual Nondisparagement Clause in Contracts

Mutual Nondisparagement. Employee agrees to refrain from making any statements about Holdings, Company or their respective officers or directors that would disparage, or reflect unfavorably upon the image or reputation of Holdings, Company or any such officer or director. Holdings and Company agree to refrain from making any statements about Employee that would disparage, or reflect unfavorably upon the image or reputation of Employee.

Mutual Nondisparagement. The Employee agrees to refrain from making any statements about Holdings, the Company or their respective officers or directors that would disparage, or reflect unfavorably upon the image or reputation of Holdings, the Company or any such officer or director. Holdings and the Company agree to refrain from making any statements about the Employee that would disparage, or reflect unfavorably upon the image or reputation of the Employee.

Mutual Nondisparagement. Employee agrees to refrain from making any statements about Holdings, the Company Group or their respective officers or directors that would disparage, or reflect unfavorably upon the image or reputation of Holdings, any of the Company Group or any such officer or director. Parent, Holdings and Company agree to refrain from making (and to cause the Company Group not to make) any statements about Employee that would disparage, or reflect unfavorably upon the image or reputation of Employee. The foregoing shall not prevent any party hereto from enforcing it’s rights hereunder.

Mutual Nondisparagement. Employee agrees to refrain from making any statements about Holdings, the Company Group or their respective officers or directors that would disparage, or reflect unfavorably upon the image or reputation of Holdings, any of the Company Group or any such officer or director. Holdings Parent and Company agree to refrain from making (and to cause the Company Group not to make) any statements about Employee that would disparage, or reflect unfavorably upon the image or reputation of Employee. The foregoing shall not prevent any party hereto from enforcing it's rights hereunder.

Mutual Nondisparagement. Employee agrees to refrain from making any disparaging statements about Holdings, Company or their respective officers or directors that would disparage, or reflect unfavorably upon the image or reputation of Holdings, Company or any such officer of the other Releasees including, without limitation, the business, products, intellectual property, financial standing, future, or directoremployment/compensation/benefit practices of the Company. Holdings and The Company agree agrees to refrain from making any disparaging statements about Employee. Employee understands that would disparage, the Company’s obligations under this paragraph extend only to the Company’s current executive officers and members of its Board of Directors and only for so long as each officer or reflect unfavorably upon member is an employee or Director of the image or reputation of EmployeeCompany.
