Common use of Multiple hire Clause in Contracts

Multiple hire. (a) It is the intent of the multiple-hire provision of this Agreement to allow Cleaners an opportunity to work in other occupations (callings) in the Department whilst they are also performing part-time duties as a Cleaner. The provision will allow Cleaners to perform duties up to the full-time hours of 38 hours per week.

Multiple hire. (a1) It is the intent of the multiple-hire (multiple engagements) provision of this Agreement agreement to allow Cleaners cleaners an opportunity to work in other occupations (callings) in the Department whilst they are also performing part-part- time duties as a Cleanercleaner. The provision will allow Cleaners cleaners to perform duties up to the full-full time hours of 38 hours per week.
