Common use of Multiple hire Clause in Contracts

Multiple hire. (a) It is the intent of the multiple-hire provision of this Agreement to allow Teacher Aides an opportunity to work in other occupations (callings) in the Department whilst they arealso performing part time duties as a Teacher Aide. The provision will allow Teacher Aides to perform duties up to the full-time hours of 38 hours per week.
