Common use of Multiple Guarantors Clause in Contracts

Multiple Guarantors. If there are more than one Guarantor named above, the duties and obligations of Guarantor hereunder shall be joint and several. This agreement shall apply to each Guarantor separately, just as if that Guarantor had executed a separate agreement containing all of the terms and conditions hereof. At any time and from time to time, Obligee may assert any right or privilege hereunder, or pursue any remedy or remedies hereunder, against any one or more Guarantors named herein without asserting or waiving any one or more of those rights and privileges against any other of the Guarantors.
