Multiple Guarantors. It is specifically agreed that Administrative Agent may enforce the provisions hereof with respect to one or more Guarantors without seeking to enforce the same as to all or any other Guarantors. If one or more additional guaranty agreements (“Other Guaranties”) are executed by one or more additional guarantors (“Other Guarantors”), which guarantee, in whole or in part, any of the indebtedness or obligations evidenced by the Loan Documents, it is specifically agreed that Administrative Agent may enforce the provisions of this Guaranty or of the Other Guaranties with respect to one or more of the Guarantors or any one or more of the Other Guarantors under the Other Guaranties without seeking to enforce the provisions of this Guaranty or the Other Guaranties as to all or any of the Guarantors or the Other Guarantors. Each Guarantor hereby waives any requirement of joinder of all or any other Guarantor or all or any of the Other Guarantors in any suit or proceeding to enforce the provisions of this Guaranty or of the Other Guaranties. The liability hereunder of all Guarantors hereunder shall be joint and several.
Multiple Guarantors. If (i) this Guaranty is executed by more than one party constituting Guarantor, it is specifically agreed that Lender may enforce the provisions hereof with respect to one or more of such parties constituting Guarantor without seeking to enforce the same as to all or any such parties; or (ii) one or more additional guaranty agreements ("Other Guaranties") are executed by one or more additional guarantors ("Other Guarantors"), which guaranty, in whole or in part, any of the indebtedness or obligations evidenced by the Loan Documents, it is specifically agreed that Lender may enforce the provisions of this Guaranty or of the Other Guaranties with respect to one or more of the parties constituting Guarantor and/or one or more of the Other Guarantors under the Other Guaranties without seeking to enforce the provisions of this Guaranty or the Other Guaranties as to all or any of the parties constituting Guarantor or the Other Guarantors. Each of the parties constituting Guarantor hereby waives any requirement of joinder (and shall not seek joinder) of all or any other of the parties constituting Guarantor or all or any of the Other Guarantors in any suit or proceeding to enforce the provisions of this Guaranty or of the Other Guaranties. The liability hereunder of all parties constituting Guarantor shall be joint and several.
Multiple Guarantors. If more than one individual signs this Guaranty, or any other individual signs any other Guaranty in connection with the Note or the Loan, the liability of all individuals who sign shall be joint and several as to all of the Obligations.
Multiple Guarantors. If more than one Person signs this Guaranty as Guarantor, (a) the term "Guarantor" shall mean each such Person, (b) the obligations of each Guarantor shall be joint, several and independent, and (c) this Guaranty shall be construed and enforced as though each Guarantor executed a separate guaranty on the terms set forth in this Guaranty.
Multiple Guarantors. If there is more than one Guarantor:
Multiple Guarantors. If there is more than one (1) Guarantor executing this Agreement, the obligations of all Guarantors hereunder shall be joint and several, and all words used herein in the singular shall be deemed to have been used in the plural when the context and construction so require.
Multiple Guarantors. Each Guarantor must submit and execute a separate Guaranty, unless Guarantor(s) are husband and wife. Guarantor will remain liable for sums owed to Owner by the Resident, including damages, until your Guaranty ends. The term "you" in this Guaranty refers to the Guarantor and the Guarantor's spouse, if applicable.
Multiple Guarantors. When a single Guarantor executes this Guaranty, any words used herein in the plural shall be deemed to have been used in the singular where the context and construction so require. When this Guaranty is executed by more than one Guarantor, the word "Guarantor" shall mean all and any one or more of them and such Guarantors shall be jointly and severally liable for any and all Obligations hereunder. The Obligations of Guarantor hereunder are in addition to any Obligations of any one or more other guarantors under any other guaranties and the liability of Guarantor to Lender shall be the aggregate liability of said Guarantor under the terms of this Guaranty and all of said other guaranties.
Multiple Guarantors. If there are more than one Guarantor named above, the duties and obligations of Guarantor hereunder shall be joint and several. This agreement shall apply to each Guarantor separately, just as if that Guarantor had executed a separate agreement containing all of the terms and conditions hereof. At any time and from time to time, Obligee may assert any right or privilege hereunder, or pursue any remedy or remedies hereunder, against any one or more Guarantors named herein without asserting or waiving any one or more of those rights and privileges against any other of the Guarantors.
Multiple Guarantors. Where there is more than one guarantor, the obligations and liabilities of the guarantors are joint and several.
