Common use of Multiple Guarantors Clause in Contracts

Multiple Guarantors. If more than one Person signs this Guaranty as Guarantor, (a) the term "Guarantor" shall mean each such Person, (b) the obligations of each Guarantor shall be joint, several and independent, and (c) this Guaranty shall be construed and enforced as though each Guarantor executed a separate guaranty on the terms set forth in this Guaranty.
