Common use of Multiple Completion Times Clause in Contracts

Multiple Completion Times. DB agrees to timely deliver the services described in this Agreement whether the Project is to be completed as a single package or in multiple combinations of packages. DB will cooperate fully if TFC decides to “Fast Track” and establish multiple completion dates. If TFC elects these approaches, DB shall organize and perform its services to be most appropriate and efficient for each stage of Project development. In these circumstances, each stage of the Project may have a unique schedule for completion and specific cost limitations agreed to in writing by the DB and TFC.
