Common use of Multiple Classes Clause in Contracts

We may from time to time provide to Dealer written compliance guidelines or standards relating to the sale or distribution of Funds offering multiple classes of shares with different sales charges and distribution-related operating expenses; see Appendix A. These guidelines or standards are deemed to be written instructions as contemplated in Section 2. In addition, Dealer agrees to be bound by any applicable rules or regulations of government agencies or self-regulatory organizations generally affecting the sale or distribution of Funds offering multiple classes of shares.
