Multiple Classes. We may from time to time provide to you written compliance guidelines or standards relating to the sale or distribution of Funds offering multiple classes of shares (each, a “Class”) with different sales charges and distribution related operating expenses. In addition, you will be bound by any applicable rules or regulations of government agencies or self-regulatory organizations generally affecting the sale or distribution of shares of investment companies offering multiple classes of shares.
Multiple Classes. We may from time to time provide to Dealer written compliance guidelines or standards relating to the sale or distribution of Funds offering multiple classes of shares with different sales charges and distribution-related operating expenses; see Appendix A. These guidelines or standards are deemed to be written instructions as contemplated in Section 2. In addition, Dealer agrees to be bound by any applicable rules or regulations of government agencies or self-regulatory organizations generally affecting the sale or distribution of Funds offering multiple classes of shares.
Multiple Classes. Any amount of fees or expenses waived, reimbursed, or otherwise paid pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall be allocated among the classes of shares of the Funds in accordance with the terms of the Funds’ multiple class plan pursuant to Rule 18f-3 under the 1940 Act and in manner consistent with that Rule.

Multiple Classes. OF SHARES & FEEDER FEES An additional $7,500 annual fee will be applied for each class of shares, excluding the first class of shares, if more than one class of shares is operational in a Fund.
