Multiple Appointments. An Employee may be engaged in two or more positions, on the proviso that: (a) any casual appointment is not regular and systematic; (b) the Employee works no more than 38 ordinary hours per week (or on average 38 ordinary hours per week); and (c) where overtime is worked in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the Employee is paid at the rate applicable to the classification of the position being performed at the time at which the overtime is worked.
