Increments and Performance. 21.3.1 The granting of increments may be adjusted based on performance, following documented Workforce Engagement conversations as per Article 32. Written rationale must be provided by the OOS Manager to Human Resources, with a copy to the MSA. 21.3.2 In cases of outstanding performance, an additional increment may be granted in any twelve (12) month period. 21.3.3 In cases of less than satisfactory performance, an increment may be withheld as a part of progressive discipline under Article 42.
