The MULTIPLE APPLICANTS clause defines how a contract or agreement applies when more than one individual or entity is applying together. MULTIPLE APPLICANTS. Applications received from multiple applicants for the same pole, anchor or conduit system will be classified as follows: 1) SIMULTANEOUS - received by the Licensor on the same business day. 2) NON-SIMULTANEOUS - received by the Licensor on different business days.
MULTIPLE APPLICANTS. If two or more parties sign this Agreement as Applicants (i) it shall be the joint and several agreement of all such signers and binding upon their respective successors and assigns; and (ii) the term “Applicant” shall mean all of such signers or any one or more of them, whether or not all or any of them are referred to in any Letter of Credit.
MULTIPLE APPLICANTS. If there is more than one Applicant, the obligations hereunder and under the Project Documents, shall be joint and several.
MULTIPLE APPLICANTS. 1. If there is more than one applicant for a transfer opportunity, all eligible applicants shall receive consideration before external applicants will be interviewed. The supervisor/manager and a Human Resources representative will provide a group orientation with the applicants 2. The following criteria will be considered in making the final selection. Final selection is within the discretion of the District. a. Reference letters that may be submitted at the time of application. b. Previous performance evaluations (written and verbal from current supervisor/manager). c. Specific skills required in the transfer assignment and the skill level of the applicant. d. Seniority in the job classification. 3. Those applicants who are not selected for the transfer assignment will receive a written response from the District indicating the reason for non-selection with signatures from the immediate supervisor and the department/area manager. 4. The employee selected will be placed in the assignment in "probationary status" for a period of thirty (30) work days. During the thirty (30) work day probationary period, either or both the supervisor/manager and the employee have the right to terminate the transfer without cause. 5. During this thirty (30) work day probationary period, the applicant's former assignment will be left vacant and may be filled by a non-student substitute employee to allow the employee to return to the former assignment.
MULTIPLE APPLICANTS. Applicants shall be considered for the vacant position on the basis of their skill, ability, qualifications to perform the work and seniority. If two (2) or more applicants have the necessary skill, ability and qualifications to perform the work, then the most senior applicant shall be selected.

MULTIPLE APPLICANTS. Where an application form has been completed by or on behalf of any other applicant(s) with whom CEP has entered into an agreement similar or equivalent in effect to this Agreement, and a separate application form has been completed by or on behalf of Flagstone Re which corresponds, in CEP’s opinion with such other application form (or any other combination of circumstances exist which, in CEP’s opinion, are reasonably equivalent to the foregoing), then CEP shall be at liberty to open a single Credit jointly on behalf of Flagstone Re and such other applicant(s) (together “the Applicants”). In such event the following provisions shall apply:- (a) The Company and Flagstone Re’s obligations pursuant to Clause 1.3 shall be in respect of its due proportion of each drawing under any such Credit; (b) In establishing the Company and Flagstone Re’s due proportion of each drawing under any such Credit CEP is hereby irrevocably authorised to make apportionments between the Applicants (i) on a pro rata basis by reference to the amounts set forth in the application forms originally completed by the Applicants in respect of such Credit (and after taking into account any subsequent increases or decreases in such Credit effected by CEP for the Applicants accounts) or, if CEP should so choose (ii) in reliance on the instructions and advice of, and information provided by, the relevant Insurance Broker (construed in accordance with Clause 4); and (c) For the purposes of Clause 1.4 above, CEP may make any required apportionments in such manner as it, in its sole discretion, considers to be fair and reasonable.
