Multilingual Pay. Employees occupying specific positions designated by the Agency as multilingual will receive a $1.75 per hour differential pay. Agencies retain authority to determine what positions are designated as multilingual, including removing the designation at its discretion. Agencies may also implement proficiency standards or other requirements that employees must meet in the designated positions. Agencies shall not require employees that are not in a position designated as multilingual to perform multilingual duties.
