Multilateral Conventions. This Agreement and its Annexes shall be amended so as to confirm with any multilateral convention which may become binding on both Contracting Parties insofar as these provisions are applicable to international air services. Consultations in accordance with the provision of this Agreement may be held with a view to determining the extent to which this agreement is affected by the provisions of the multilateral Convention.
