MULTI-SELECTING A LIST Sample Clauses
MULTI-SELECTING A LIST. Current Selection’s Sizes Multi- Selection List Selection Current Selection As seen in figure 4.8 multiple selections can be made on a list. This can be done in 3 ways. First by clicking the mouse on a list and then dragging the list selection to where you want it. Second by clicking the list, holding down the shift key on the keyboard and then clicking on the list again. This will select everything in between the two mouse clicks. Third, hold down the control button on the keyboard and click the list. Every click on the list will add that, and only that, selection to the selections. These three options can be done the same with the arrow keys on your keyboard. As normal the toolbar will then display the options that are available. Note that the current selection will be the last of the items in the multi select. In this example Standard was selected and dragged down to Utility in the Grade menu. This means that Utility is the Current Selection and the corresponding sizes for this combination were loaded.
