Common use of Multi-Factor Authentication Clause in Contracts

Multi-Factor Authentication. You acknowledge that, in addition to the use of an individual User ID and Password, access to Online Banking includes a Multi Factor Authentication security features. Multi Factor authentication uses a second factor of identity authentication that may include, but is not limited to, additional log-in security features such as identification and verification of IP addresses, registration of your PC and/or use of browser cookies, access filters and other authentication information. Multi Factor Authentication requires you to establish and utilize, in addition to a User ID and Password, your own individual authentication through the use of personal identifying questions. Further authentication may occur automatically due to the detection of unusual source occurrences in relation to your access credentials.
