Common use of MTPC Technology Clause in Contracts

MTPC Technology. MTPC shall, and hereby does, effective upon such termination, assign to Neurocrine all of MTPC’s and its Affiliates’ right, title and interest in and to the MTPC Technology, and MTPC shall promptly take such actions and execute such instruments, assignments and documents as may be necessary to effect, evidence, register and record such assignment, at Neurocrine’s cost; and
