MSDSs. Contractor shall provide Owner with Material Safety Data Sheets (written in English, with English units of measure for all values) (“MSDSs”) properly completed covering any Contractor Hazardous Substances 3 Business Days prior to arrival of such Contractor Hazardous Substances to the Project Site. Contractor shall maintain at the Project Site complete records and inventories, including MSDSs, of Contractor Hazardous Substances delivered to or located at the Project Site as part of the Work. In addition, Contractor shall receive, maintain and incorporate into its records, the records and inventories, including MSDSs, of Hazardous Substances delivered to or located at the Project Site by the Separate Contractors; provided that Owner shall be responsible for insuring that each of the Separate Contractors are contractually required to provide such information to Contractor. Contractor and its Subcontractors shall properly label all containers holding Contractor Hazardous Substances and train their respective employees in the safe storage, usage and handling of such substances, including any training that is required by Applicable Legal Requirements.

MSDSs. For all services performed or shipments made that include Hazardous Substances, an appropriate Material Safety Data Sheet (“MSDS”) and labeling must precede or accompany each shipment, as required to satisfy Cal/OSHA, and all other applicable local, state, and federal laws. Further, Contractor shall send to Viejas updated MSDS’s and labeling as required by applicable law.

This obligation is continuing for the term of the Concession Agreement, and Concessionaire shall make this documentation available for DIA inspection upon request.

  • Safety Data Sheets If specified by City in the solicitation or otherwise required by this Contract, Contractor must send with each shipment one (1) copy of the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for each item shipped. Failure to comply with this procedure will be cause for immediate termination of the Contract for violation of safety procedures.

  • MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEETS Contractor is required to ensure Material Safety Data Sheets (“MSDS”) are available, employees are trained in the use of MSDS, and MSDS are in a readily accessible place at the Site. This requirement applies to all materials with an associated MSDS per the federal “Hazard Communication” standard or employees’ Right-to-Know laws. Contractor is also required to ensure proper labeling and training on any substance brought onto the Site and that any person working with the material (or who is subject to possible exposure by use of the material or contact with the material), is informed of the possible and/or real hazards of the substance, and follows proper handling and protection procedures.

  • Material Safety Data Sheet Seller shall provide to Buyer with each delivery any Material Safety Data Sheet applicable to the work in conformance with and containing such information as required by the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 and regulations promulgated thereunder or its State approved counterpart.

  • Safety Information Any other bulletins may only be posted by mutual agreement between the Union and designated Management.

  • SAMPLE (i) Unless agreed otherwise, wheeled or track lay- ing equipment shall not be operated in areas identified as needing special measures except on roads, landings, tractor roads, or skid trails approved under B5.1 or B6.422. Purchaser may be required to backblade skid trails and other ground disturbed by Purchaser’s Opera- tions within such areas in lieu of cross ditching required under B6.6. Additional special protection measures needed to protect such known areas are identified in C6.24.

  • Contractor Key Personnel ‌ The Contractor shall assign a Corporate OASIS Program Manager (COPM) and Corporate OASIS Contract Manager (COCM) as Contractor Key Personnel to represent the Contractor as primary points-of-contact to resolve issues, perform administrative duties, and other functions that may arise relating to OASIS and task orders solicited and awarded under XXXXX. Additional Key Personnel requirements may be designated by the OCO at the task order level. There is no minimum qualification requirements established for Contractor Key Personnel. Additionally, Contractor Key Personnel do not have to be full-time positions; however, the Contractor Key Personnel are expected to be fully proficient in the performance of their duties. The Contractor shall ensure that the OASIS CO has current point-of-contact information for both the COPM and COCM. In the event of a change to Contractor Key Personnel, the Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO and provide all Point of Contact information for the new Key Personnel within 5 calendar days of the change. All costs associated with Contractor Key Personnel duties shall be handled in accordance with the Contractor’s standard accounting practices; however, no costs for Contractor Key Personnel may be billed to the OASIS Program Office. Failure of Contractor Key Personnel to effectively and efficiently perform their duties will be construed as conduct detrimental to contract performance and may result in activation of Dormant Status and/or Off-Ramping (See Sections H.16. and H.17.).

  • Certificate of Analysis Seller shall provide a certificate of analysis and other documents as defined in the Quality Agreement for any Product to be released hereunder, in a form in accordance with the cGMPs and all other applicable Regulatory Requirements and Product Specifications and as shall be agreed upon by the parties. For any batch that initially failed to meet any Product Specification, the certificate of analysis shall document the exception. Products that do not meet dissolution specifications at USP Stage I and II testing shall not be accepted by Buyer (and such requirement shall be included in the Product Specifications/Quality Manual).

  • Contractor Information The Contractor will provide up to date information for each of the following in the form and manner specified by OGS:
