MSDS. To the extent required under applicable law, Seller shall provide Buyer with Material Safety Data Sheets (“MSDS”) and shall provide the receiving vessel with MSDS appropriate to the Marine Fuels delivered. Buyer shall ensure that its employees, agents and contractors comply with the obligations, requirements and recommendations relating to the handling and use of the Marine Fuels.
