MSDS. Accelr8 shall provide SCHOTT with complete and accurate Material Safety Data Sheets ("MSDSs") for the Products which Accelr8 sells to SCHOTT pursuant to this Agreement. Accelr8 agrees that SCHOTT may refer to the information provided by Accelr8 when informing its employees and customers about the risks associated with the Products and the safe handling and use of the Product.
