Common use of Moving of Products Clause in Contracts

Moving of Products. Subject to obtaining the Customer’s consent (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed) and shall not be required in the event of an emergency), the Operator shall be entitled to move the Products from the Terminal to other parts of the Terminal if the Operator shall deem such movement to be necessary for the Operator to carry out such Maintenance Works and in such event the Operator shall as soon as possible notify the Customer of such movement of the Products. The Operator shall compensate the Customer for any Product lost as a result of the movement of Products.
