Common use of MORTGAGEE'S APPROVAL Clause in Contracts

MORTGAGEE'S APPROVAL. If Landlord's current or future mortgagee shall require modifications of the terms and provisions of this Lease, Tenant agrees to execute and deliver to Landlord such reasonable amendments to this Lease as may be required to effect such modifications within thirty (30) days after Landlord's request therefor. In no event, however, shall Tenant be required to take on additional liability or risk or agree to materially modify any provision of this Lease relating to the amount of Rent, Additional Rent or other charges reserved herein, the size and/or general location of the Premises, or the Lease Term.
