Common use of Mortal Remains Transportation Services Clause in Contracts

Mortal Remains Transportation Services. To the extent permitted by law and subject to the terms, limitations and exclusions of this Agreement, Redpoint will arrange and pay for all reasonable and necessary expenses to transport the Traveler’s mortal remains to a morgue, funeral home, or mortuary designated by the Traveler's estate within the Traveler's Home Country.
