Common use of Monthly Minimum Prices Clause in Contracts

Monthly Minimum Prices. During the Term, Tatura will pay the Supplier the Monthly Minimum Prices set out in Item 6 of the Details for Fresh Milk supplied to Tatura, based on the Milk Solids of that Milk. If there is a Sharefarmer Supplier, payments to the Tatura Supplier and the Sharefarmer Supplier will be made in accordance with the Relevant Percentage for each.
