Common use of Monitoring Clause in Contracts

Monitoring. A. DOES is the District agency authorized to monitor and enforce the requirements of the Workforce Intermediary Establishment and Reform of the First Source Amendment Act of 2011 (D.C. Official Code §§ 2 219.01 – 2.219.05), and relevant provisions of the Apprenticeship Requirements Amendment Act of 2004 (D.C. Official Code § 2-219.03 and § 32-1431). As a part of monitoring and enforcement, DOES may require and EMPLOYER shall grant access to Project sites, employees, and documents.
