Common use of Monitoring Vendors Clause in Contracts

Monitoring Vendors. 10 As a lease only entity, the Sector will not contract with one or more vendors approved by NMFS 11 to provide at-sea monitoring services prior to May 1, 2021.

Monitoring Vendors. 10 32 As a lease only entity, the Sector will not contract with one or more vendors approved by NMFS 11 33 to provide at-sea monitoring services prior to May 1, 20212019.
