Monitoring of Third-Party Collectors. From time to time, until the Retirement of the System Restoration Bonds, the Servicer shall, in accordance with the Servicing Standard, take all actions with respect to Third-Party Collectors required to be taken by the Servicer as set forth, if applicable, in any agreement with the Servicer, the Financing Order, Tariff, other tariffs and any other PUCT Regulations in effect from time to time and implement such additional procedures and policies as are necessary to ensure that the obligations of all Third-Party Collectors in connection with System Restoration Charges are properly enforced in accordance with, if applicable, the terms of any agreement with the Servicer, the Financing Order, Tariff, other tariffs and any other PUCT Regulations in effect from time to time.
