Common use of Monitoring of Performance Clause in Contracts

Monitoring of Performance. 25.1 The CPS will agree in consultation with the CONTRACTOR the arrangements required for the purpose of monitoring the performance of the CONTRACTOR of its obligations under this CONTRACT. 25.2 Such arrangements may include (without limitation): - 25.2.1 regular meetings at working level and director level to obtain clear understanding of scope of work, timetables, deadlines, timing of reports etc.; 25.2.2 security (and availability for inspection) of all relevant documentation; 25.2.3 the delivery of such written management reports and time sheets as may reasonably be required; 25.2.4 discussion on preliminary analysis and interpretation of information received. 25.3 To the extent that the frequency of meetings has not been specified in this CONTRACT, they shall be agreed between the CPS and the CONTRACTOR.
