Monitoring, Measurement, and Corrective Action. The EMP shall describe how Lessee will comply with the EMP and how Lessee will self-assess its performance under the EMP, at least annually, in a manner consistent with NPS protocol regarding audit of NPS operations. The self-assessment should ensure Lessee’s conformance with the Environmental Management Objectives and measure performance against environmental goals and targets. The EMP shall also describe procedures to be taken by Lessee to correct any deficiencies identified by the self-assessment.‌
