Common use of Monitor Progress Clause in Contracts

Monitor Progress. The Seller shall: a) ensure that Purchaser and any representatives appointed by Purchaser, are afforded reasonable access to the Site upon giving the Seller reasonable notice provided that such access does not materially interfere with the construction works or expose any person on the Site to unsafe conditions; b) make available for inspection at the Site copies of all plans and designs, other than any proprietary information of the Seller or any sub-contractor, in relation to the construction of any part thereof; and c) within six (6) months of the Full Commercial Operation Date, supply Purchaser with one (1) set of reproducible copies and five (5) sets of white print copies (or equivalent) of all “as built” plans and designs relating to the operation or maintenance of the Plant as Purchaser may reasonably require.
