Common use of Monetary Payment Clause in Contracts

Monetary Payment. ▇▇▇▇ shall pay OAG the sum of $140,000.00. Of this amount, $100,000.00 shall be paid as civil penalties pursuant to Chapters 542 and/or 501, Part II, Fla. Stat., and the remaining $40,000.00 shall be paid for OAG’s fees and costs incurred in this investigation and Litigation.
