Monetary Payment. Compensation for callback to work is one and one-half times the base pay rate for the hours worked with a guaranteed minimum of three hours pay. Exception: If a member is requested to begin work early at a time that precedes but coincides with the start of his/her regular shift, compensation for such work is not considered to be callback pay, and normal overtime policies will apply.
